Program Introduction
你可能需要AP课程，标化考试的辅导，但不知道从何寻求帮助。你可能对某一学科很感兴趣但学校并没有提供这种课程。那你可以注册成为一个学生，我们会为你找到最合适导师（mentor）为你辅导，或带着你自学前沿的学科。
你可能想要帮助别的学生。你可能想尝试一下教学的经历或着累积一些教学经验。又或者你可能想要通过补习赚一些零花钱。那你可以注册成为一个mentor。来自美国/英国大学，中国国际高中的学生都可以申请成为mentors，提供多样化的学术支持服务，包括AP课程、竞赛辅导以及标准化考试准备等。
或许你只是想认识更多有共同爱好的学生。或许你想从学长学姐处获得一些关于某一学科的经验或者备考经历。又或者你想认识一些别的高中或者大学的学生。你都可以参加我们的项目。我们做的是将陌生的双方联系起来。具体的内容都由学生和mentor自行安排。

You might need tutoring for AP courses and standardized tests but don’t know where to seek help. You might be interested in a subject that your school doesn’t offer. If so, you can register as a student, and we will find the most suitable mentor to tutor you or guide you through self-study in cutting-edge subjects.
You might want to help other students. You may want to try teaching or accumulate some teaching experience. Or perhaps you want to earn some money through tutoring. If so, you can register as a mentor. Students from universities in the US/UK or international high schools can apply to become mentors, offering a variety of academic support services, including AP courses, competition coaching, and standardized test preparation, etc.
Maybe you just want to meet more students with common interests. Maybe you want to gain some experience or exam preparation tips about a subject from upperclassmen. Or perhaps you want to meet students from other high schools or universities. You can participate in our project. What we do is build up connections. What you do is completely decided by you and your mentor/studuent.
We are committed to creating a platform that seamlessly connects students with mentors, aimed at allowing mentors to discover opportunities to share their expertise while providing students with tailored support to help achieve academic excellence.
匹配流程
Matching Process
Fill out the form
学生和 mentor 填写上面的登记表，以便我们了解各自的背景和需求。
Students and mentors fill out the registration form and provide their background info and needs.
Match
我们在后台审阅信息，并将合适的学生和mentor进行匹配。
We review their information and match students and mentors based on their provided information.
发送邮件mentor 信息给学生，以及发送邮件学生信息给 mentor。
We will send mentor's information to the student and student's information to the mentor.
Connect
学生和 mentor 收到邮件后，回复合作意向。若双方均有意向，则匹配成功，交换邮箱，后续课程细节自行决定。若有一方无合作意向，则匹配失败，重新进行匹配。
Once the student and mentor receive their email, they reply with their decision. If they both agree to match, they exchange their email and discuss course details on their own. If one of them is not interested, we will rematch

学生展示给 mentor 的信息内容由学生决定，在登记表中有选择项。

学生需要交学费吗?
匹配的mentor是免费的，如果你要匹配paid mentor，价格是你跟mentor私下商议。我们不会收取中间商差价
Matched mentors are FREE. If you want to connect with a paid mentor, you and the mentor decide to price on your own, and we will not charge you extra fee.
我的信息会泄漏吗？
若信息未勾选展示或查看选项，则只有后台工作人员可见，不会泄露给其他人。
Information not selected for display or viewing options will only be visible to backend staff and will not be disclosed to others.
如何成为Paid Mentor?
如果你想通过补课来赚钱并且想通过我们平台招学生的话，在mentor survey的Question 15中标明自己是paid mentor。我们会联系你，并考察你的学术和教学经验。如果合适我们就会把你放到这个页面。且不会收取费用。
If you want to earn money by tutoring, fill out the mentor survey and note that you want to be a paid mentor under Question 15. We will contact you and learn more about your education and teaching background. If we think you are suitable, we will put you on our page for free.
Mentor会在email中给学生透露什么信息？
Mentor 在邮件中透露的信息内容由 mentor 决定，在登记表中有选择项。

Mentor和学生来自哪里？
Mentor或学生不一定来自于本校，但若有线下上课的需求，则一定匹配同校的人。
Mentors or students may not necessarily come from the same school, but if they request offline courses, we will ensure they are from the same school.
课程细节由谁来决定？
匹配成功后课程细节设置，价格，方式都由学生和mentor私下自行沟通。
After successful matching, course details, pricing, and methods are all privately negotiated between students and mentors.
